Excerpts

1Night Stand bundle 400x600

Excerpt from Beneath the Starry Sky – M/F Contemporary Erotic Romance

She’d held onto so much hope for this date, and nothing had gone right. She still didn’t know who this guy was. Yet, he’d already rejected her with his expression. This is the last date Im going on, unless Im lucky enough for my hair to grow back.

His gaze never left her, making her even more humiliated. “You’re….”

“What? Ugly? Bald?”

He shook his head. “No, I was going to say my date. I’ve been so busy lately and Madame Evangeline had to send me a reminder.”

She paused at the Frenchwoman’s name. Could this hunk of a man really be her date? Didn’t matter. He wouldn’t want her now. “Well, surprise! I’m damaged goods, so you might as well leave and ask her for a refund.”

As she slumped to the floor, more tears streamed down her face. Why is life so unfair? She’d worked hard all of her life, never taking shortcuts or the easy way out. Not an outcast or popular, she’d been friends with everyone in school and college. And healthy. She’d taken extra care to eat properly in order to avoid being diagnosed with diabetes, like her parents.

Since that fateful day when she’d discovered her two, oval-shaped bald patches, she’d been dumped by her fiancé and lost all of her hair, along with any chance to find love and have a family vanishing. Kids were out of the question. Sure, their chances of inheriting alopecia were unlikely, but on the chance they did, they’d hate her for passing her faulty genetics on to them. She couldn’t live with that. She’d be alone. Forever.

Excerpt from Celestial Seduction – M/F Science Fiction Erotic Romance

Her intensity excited him, but he needed to find a way to keep her calm. She refused to look into his eyes. His mouth crashed down on hers, absorbing her next words. She objected at first, but then her tongue reached out to him, a passionate gesture unheard of on Ginnun.

He matched the force of her kiss and skimmed his hands down her arms to rest on her sides near her breasts. She no longer struggled. Her arms wrapped around him, keeping him close. When she released his mouth to take a breath, he sat up. She panted underneath him.

“That was incredible. I….I felt like I was flying through space. So many colors and the brightest stars.”

He experienced something different. With that kiss, he had finally found someone who could keep him grounded on Earth and repress any regret for not returning to Ginnun. He brushed his thumb along her cheekbone. “I’d like to continue if you’ll let me.” He leaned down and placed light kisses across her face.

A sigh escaped her lips and the last of her tight muscles relaxed underneath him. He slid his body down her legs, his hands returning to her belly.

“I thought you were going to continue something else,” she whispered.

His cock pressed against his pants already. Her sudden interest in sex made it painful. “I want to, but I need to finish giving you this gift.”

Her body moved but she didn’t struggle or try to get away. “What exactly are you doing to me? What is this gift? Why was my stomach glowing?”

He took in a deep breath and released it a little faster and louder than he’d wanted. He knew the answer would lead to more questions. While prepared to answer them, he didn’t want to scare her away. His response required carefully chosen words to ensure he gave her the gift before he told her of his origins.

“I’m healing you.” The blue glow returned across her belly as his hands warmed. “You’ll be able to have a child when I am finished.”

Her eyes widened. He sensed her fear, but she didn’t move. “Your child?”

“No, I am not giving you a child. That can only be done in the usual ways. I am simply making your body able to become pregnant and carry a child.”

Carrie propped herself up on her elbows. Her eyes stared down at her belly, but she remained calm. “How? No doctor could do that for me. How can you? Are you some type of voodoo priest or something?”

“No.” He needed to continue and keep his heritage from her for as long as possible.

“A religious fanatic who thinks I’m possessed by demons?”

Frey laughed. “Nope.” He was almost finished. Just a little longer. The scarring had all returned to normal, healthy tissue. He only needed to stimulate the maturation and release of eggs in her ovaries.

“How then? I know you’re doing something to me. I can feel it.”

“Remember how I said I needed an open-minded partner?”

She nodded, her eyes catching a quick glance from his before returning to her stomach.

Just a couple more minutes and he’d be finished. He prepared to hold her down should she freak out when he told her he came from space. “I’m not exactly like you and most of the people on Earth. I’m….different.”

“Like a demon or a guardian angel?”

He laughed. It sounded forced, but he needed to stay focused on healing Carrie rather than mating with her. “No, you’re thinking paranormal. Try science fiction.”

She began to squirm under him, but he didn’t need to restrain her. “A….clone? Artificial intelligence?”

He finished healing her and lay down beside her. His thumb ran across her lips, wanting to taste them again, but knowing he probably wouldn’t. “Try alien.”

Excerpt from Unknown Futures – F/F Science Fiction Erotic Romance

“Let’s hit the dance floor.” The drinks could wait. She wouldn’t let her guest out of her sight again.

The music thrummed, filling her to the core, preventing her from standing still. She found a spot with just enough room for the two of them. No one else mattered. With each hit of the bass, she moved her feet, her hips, her hands. She let the beat control her body and her heart.

Although others might be watching, her attention remained on Jewel. Each movement, a planned seduction. She couldn’t let her go without trying. When the next song began, Jewel finally relaxed. She moved to the music.

And V moved closer. She slid her hand from Jewel’s waist, down, then back up, swaying in front of her. Only an inch between them. She couldn’t get enough. Her Earth scent became intoxicating.

Beat after beat, song after song, she kept her hands on the sexy woman. She claimed her, telling everyone else to stay away. She wanted to savor her precious body. Maybe she could make her forget about her date.

She pulled Jewel even closer, her sensitive nipples pressed against the woman she desired. Holding her with both hands, grinding against her to the music. Her heart raced with hunger. I want to take her on the floor. Right here. Right now.

But the song changed. The beat slowed, indicating last call. The club would close soon.

Most of the patrons had left. Only those hoping to hook up remained. She stepped back. Jewel would have to make the first move. V could never force herself on anyone.

When Jewel took her hands and placed them back on her body, she couldn’t help but smile. Perhaps the evening would end the way she wanted.

Jewel pressed against her, her head resting on her shoulder, swaying to the decelerated beat. “I don’t want this night to end.”

Their dancing became deliberate, a sensuous and intimate rhythm. “It doesn’t have to.”

Jewel stopped and looked up at her. “You…you’re interested?”

“Why wouldn’t I be? You’re the most beautiful creature in the space station.”

Somehow, she had to make her see. She brushed her thumb across her lips, wanting to touch more, her entire luscious body. Taking a deep breath, V steadied herself. If this were to go any further, Jewel needed to show her own intentions. As warm moisture pooled between her thighs, V schooled herself to patience.

“Are you sure youre not my date?”

Shit! That damn date, the only wedge between them. “No, but I wish I was.”

“I wish you were, too.” Jewel stood on the tips of her toes and claimed her mouth.

V pulled her closer until the bit of space between them had been filled. Excited by the warm, curvaceous body pressed against her taut nipples, she fed from the sweetness of Jewel’s mouth, drawing out each delicious sweep. But she wanted more. She wanted all of her.

Excerpt from Satin Sheets in Space – M/F/M Science Fiction Erotic Romance

She had her eyes closed, her lips pressed against his, when the sensation started. First, a tingling in her hands and feet, as he swept his digits deep inside her. The buzz spread up her arms and legs until it engulfed her entire body. She no longer sensed the ground below her.

The man continued to drive his fingers into her core with vigor, ridding her of the urge to pull away and find out what was happening to her. She landed with a thud, feeling returning to her limbs. Nothing stopped the man who held her, though. He continued to ravage her mouth, her jaw, her neck, keeping her pressed against the wall.

But something felt different. Gone was the hard brick pressing through her corset and against her skin. She reached behind to brush her hand along the surface. Soft. Almost like cushioned satin.

With a whimper, she pushed the strange man away. Where was she? What had she been thinking? This is the stupidest, most insane thing I’ve ever done.

The Prince Charming she’d had the fortune of being set up with peered down at her, his gaze intense and filled with lust. “My name is Galan, and we’re in my spaceship.”

At least she now knew his name, but wait…. Spaceship? She stared at the man, disillusioned. She could think of no other explanation for how they had traveled to a new location with the press of a button. Oh God, she’d been abducted by an alien. How would she get out of this situation? The first time she’d done something spur-of-the-moment, and she’d ended up being finger-fucked by an extraterrestrial.

Or was this some kind of elaborate stunt Josh had pulled off? But why? He was on his honeymoon, unable to enjoy his handiwork. Her body grew numb; a loud ringing pierced her eardrums. She could no longer think with the clouds invading her mind. Then she blacked out.

Excerpt from Sudden Breakaway – M/F Interracial Military Science Fiction Erotic Romance

Jared shucked his towel and stroked his rigid cock. That woman made him hard every time she came to the door, trying to persuade him to sign up for the Space Service. Her claims had seemed far-fetched when she’d first approached him, yet his commander had confirmed her credentials, having been approached to join by another many years ago. While Jared would never add his thumbprint to the contract he’d read, he wouldn’t mind if she stopped by to try and convince him again.

Ms. Brown, with her black blazer revealing a hint of cleavage and a skirt that showed the perfect curvature of her ass. When he’d answered the door fresh out of the shower and seen her on his porch, he’d gripped the door handle to hold himself back from yanking her inside and tearing off her fine-pressed suit.

He squeezed his balls; no time to jack-off. Dylan and Madison would arrive in an hour, and he had to take one last run through his house to get rid of any lingering dust bunnies before Children’s Services appeared. No obvious dirt in the living room, he headed toward the kitchen, but his mind kept flying back to Ms. Brown.

She had the whole librarian thing going on, with her dark hair tied up in a bun and glasses resting on the end of her nose. Though, none of the women who worked at the local branch made his cock throb. Perhaps there was some truth to the naughty librarian tale. He wished.

Most women’s version of naughty did not come close to his. While the whole BDSM club scene didn’t appeal to him, he enjoyed a little bondage during foreplay. He’d spent months at a time deployed in the Middle East. While home, he appreciated the opportunity to date the pretty women who found a guy in uniform sexy. But once he fetched the cuffs, they bolted. They hadn’t even wanted to use them on him.

Brown was no girl, though. No more than a couple years his senior, she exuded experience with her seductive glances, her posture that plunged her cleavage into his line of sight, and that damn wiggle of her ass as she sashayed back to her car. She could teach him a thing or two. He yearned for the chance to find out.

No, his next lay could no longer be at the forefront of his mind. In less than an hour, he would become the father-figure to two impressionable young children. His sexual urges would have to take leave for the foreseeable future.

He’d been in his last month of deployment to Afghanistan when the call came in. And it took another day for his commander to reach him with the news. His brother-in-law had been killed in a car accident, leaving his niece and nephew orphans. And as much as he loved the Marine Corps—Semper Fi—he couldn’t let the kids be raised by strangers. They had no other family left.

So, after he returned to the States, he contacted his lawyer and spent a couple of weeks obtaining guardianship of the children. He’d received his discharge papers, found a civilian position working as a desk jockey for the CIA through his contacts with the Marines, and bought a house suitable to raise two growing youngsters. After months of preparation, they were coming to live with him.

He glanced at his watch. Ten minutes until they arrived.

Shit! He’d wasted precious time thinking about Ms. Brown and his new life.

Grabbing a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, he yanked them on. Screw the boxers; his niece and nephew wouldn’t notice. He peeked into their rooms to ensure they looked somewhat presentable. Would Children’s Services take them back to California if his new living space didn’t meet their standards?

He groaned. They weren’t even at his house yet, and he’d been distracted. No more. Nothing would come before them. The children would be his priority. Everything he did would be for them, for the rest of his life.

SCANDAL COVER

BLURB:

Feisty ex-harlot Ellen Finch is finally free to escape her troubled past and make a fresh start, far away from the dusty town of Deadwood. But Ellen’s plans are interrupted when a dark and brooding stranger bursts through the doors of The Gem Theatre and Saloon begging for her help as a midwife.

Ellen can’t refuse his pleas, or allow another woman to suffer when she can help. Nor can she ignore the pang of regret she feels upon discovering this stranger is about to become a father; if only she’d had a man like Clayton Kile to care for her! Relief floods Ellen when she discovers the labouring woman is Clayton’s sister. Clayton can’t afford to pay Ellen for her help; instead he expertly demonstrates his gratitude!

It’s been years since a man’s passion has moved Ellen, but there is something about this cowboy that tugs at Ellen’s emotions and fires her own long latent desires. Ellen faces a difficult choice, surrender to the demands of her body and risk losing her heart to love, or follow her head and leave Deadwood and her past behind forever…

Here are two excerpts from the novella for you to enjoy:

“I tell ya, Ellen, I’m just not having it!”

Ellen stared into the hard, dark eyes of Al Swearengen. Her heart thundered and she trembled from head to toe. The familiar aroma of stale sweat and whisky that permeated the bar of the Gem suddenly made her feel queasy.

“It ain’t your choice to make, Al!” she snapped.

She would not give in to him on this. She had every right now to follow her own heart. Her life would finally be her own.

“But…what’ll I do without you?” Al wheedled. He held out his hands and tilted his head. “I need you here, Ellen. You’ve been with me since the outset. Besides…” He gestured around the saloon. “The girls need ya. How’ll they manage? Most of ’em will end up pregnant after a flop or two then try to get rid of it themselves and wind up dyin’ of a fever.”

Ellen ground her teeth together and pressed her fists into her thighs. She tried not to look around at the faces of the whores but the urge was overwhelming. They gazed at her from all corners of the Gem, their painted faces haggard and drawn, their eyes sad and pleading.

What Al said was true. They did need her.

Her resolve started to drift away like gun smoke on the breeze.

“Don’t you let him change yer mind!” Kacey appeared at her side. “You’re doin’ the right thing, honey! It’s time for you to get outta this hell hole!”

“If you’re gonna listen to that dried-up old dove then you’re a bigger fool than I had ya pegged for!” Al shrugged then moved behind the bar and poured himself a slug of whisky.

Ellen turned to Kacey. “I know that it’s time for me to go.” She straightened her corset and repositioned her breasts. “It’s just…I feel so responsible for all of you.”

“I know, Ellen. You’ve been like a mother hen to us but you’ve a right to try out a different kinda life. Hell, we all envy ya! But not many whores have the determination to save a dime, let alone enough to set off into the world.”

“The world?” Ellen grinned.

“Well…Custer City at least,” Kacey shrugged.

“Hell, it’s gotta be better than this place.” Ellen slapped her thigh. “An’ if it ain’t then I’ll just keep on goin’.” She hoped that she sounded more confident than she felt.

“Come on, sweetheart, I’ll help ya pack.” Kacey strolled through the bar then up the three-tiered wooden staircase.

Ellen followed, casting an apologetic glance at the girls as she passed them. Surely the time had come for her to cut the apron strings? It wasn’t easy for any of them. She knew that. She’d been where they were now. These poor daughters of Deadwood had little to make their lives bearable but Ellen had done her best for them. She’d protected them from Al’s fiercest rages, rescued them from violent customers and helped them to get rid of the babies they could never manage to care for. She had tried to ease the tragedy that surrounded them daily in the only way she could – by being there for them.

But now it was her time. Time to leave and live a little while she still had the chance.

She just wished that it wasn’t so difficult leaving them all behind.

****

Ellen leant forwards and took hold of Clayton’s face. She rubbed her fingers over the shadow of his beard and smiled.

“I could use a shave.”

She nodded. “But not right now.”

He shook his head. “Not right now.”

When he pressed his lips against hers, she gasped. His mouth was soft and warm, his breath sweet and hot. He kissed her with experience and tenderness and she melted into his embrace. As if making her decisions for her, her legs parted and he slipped between them. Only the material of their clothing kept them divided.

Her heartbeat quickened. Desire pulsed through her, awakening her senses like the rains returning life to a sun scorched creek bed.

As Clayton’s kisses became more insistent, Ellen’s need grew. It had been a lifetime since she’d really wanted a man. Even with Mr Hawkins, her feelings had been but a shadow of the lust that now burned from her very core.

Maybe it was due to her heightened emotions following Stella’s labour, or maybe it was due to the fact that she knew that this was for her. Not for money. Not for Al. Not for anyone else’s benefit. Just for her.

She sighed as Clayton lifted her skirts, pushing them over her knees. He took hold of her garters and removed them before sliding down her stockings. When he ran his hands up and down her legs, from knee to ankle, Ellen bit her lip. The anticipation was too much. She felt sure that she would explode.

She pulled him towards her and wrapped her legs around his waist. His erection bulged at the front of his pants and she ground her pussy against it, overwhelmed by the need to feel him inside her.

Clayton kissed her then fingered the neckline of her gown.

“Can I…” His eyes were dark with desire.

Ellen nodded and helped him to unbutton the front of her dress. She shrugged out of the bodice before standing and sliding it down to her feet.

“There!” She grinned.

Clayton stared at her as if he’d never seen a half-naked woman before. Ellen wanted to sing with joy. He looked at her with hunger and need but not the regular detached lust she was accustomed to seeing. Clayton didn’t want just any old pussy. He wanted her. Her pussy.

He ran his hands up her legs and over her hips. She held them there for a moment then pushed her bloomers down. When she unlaced her corset, her hands shook and Clayton had to help her to pull the laces from the holes.

Then she stood before him. Clad in just her flimsy chemise.

Every breath she took made her bosoms tremble.

She knew that Clayton saw this.

She was hot and wet between her legs.

She knew that Clayton was aware of this.

She wanted him.

And she knew that he wanted her too.

She lifted the hem of her chemise then lifted it over her head, pulling off the scarf that held back her hair in the process.

Clayton gasped.

She was about to kneel but he stopped her moving with his strong hands.

She frowned.

Did he not want her now that he had seen her? Her heart sank.

But when he buried his face in the ebony curls covering her sex, she understood. He intended on pleasuring her first. She shuddered as primitive need coursed through her and he took control of her body.

 BOUND COVER

BLURB:

Runaway mail-order bride Layla Powell is terrified when she is captured by two powerful cowboys purporting to work for her fiancé – the mysterious Mr Jackman. At first Layla fights tooth and nail for her freedom, but Charlie and his lover Etu have their own erotic methods to subdue their feisty captive…

In fact Charlie is really Layla’s fiancé, she was supposed to be his wife in name only, but he and Etu like what they see. They are sure that just one night of being pleasured by them both will be exciting enough to convince Layla to abandon her plans to run and keep her in their bed forever!

Here are two excerpts from the novella for you to enjoy:

“Don’t you move a muscle!”

Layla stiffened as a hand covered her mouth. She blinked hard and tried to peer through the gloom.

Panic seized her. Where was she? What was happening?

Her arms were pinned to her sides. There was a weight crushing her chest, restricting her movement and her breathing. She wriggled instinctively, her mind still foggy with sleep.

She was trapped!

“Now listen up, missy,” the deep voice continued. “Stop your struggling! I’m gonna remove your Stetson but you better keep still, ya hear?”

That was why she couldn’t see! She had pulled her father’s old hat over her eyes so that she could get some sleep. The afternoon sun had been hot, even through the trees. But now…someone had discovered her.

Would he hurt her?

She squinted as the cover was removed from her face. It didn’t make much difference. It was pitch black. She must have slept through the whole of the afternoon. Darn it! She’d only intended on taking a quick nap. She tried to focus on slowing her breathing but she was only able to catch little breaths.

The man straddling her chest pushed Layla’s hair back from her face with a callused hand and she frowned. As her eyes adjusted, she could just make out the outline of his head, a dark silhouette against the stars above. He moved and the hand covering her lips exerted more pressure. Her teeth dug painfully into her lips. Her heart thudded against her ribs and she felt sure that he must be able to feel it hammering beneath his muscular thigh. Fear surged through her and a red haze flooded her brain.

She had to get away. She had to escape.

She forced her mouth open then bit down on the flesh of his palm. It was instinctive, a physical reaction to a physical situation. She was consumed by terror. If he was going to hurt her then she’d inflict pain upon him first. However she could.

He growled and whipped his hand away but his weight remained in place. Crushing. Constricting. Impossible to displace.

“Now then, missy.” He pressed his mouth against her ear. She winced, expecting to smell unwashed man and to feel his stubble graze her cheek but instead she smelt potash soap on clean-shaven skin. Even with her sleep-addled brain, the scent reassured her as it brought with it images of civilisation and safety. Of a long-ago childhood. So he wasn’t a bandit. He hadn’t been out here for days or weeks. Perhaps he was even respectable. But that was probably too much to hope for. And as she knew all too well, even a man who appeared to be respectable could be hiding a darkness. A hidden side that would lead to pain, degradation and heartbreak for a woman who fell for his charms.

“I’m gonna remove my hand from over yer mouth. But you gotta promise not to scream.” He laughed. “Not that it would do you much good out here…but, well, to be honest with you…I can’t abide a woman screaming. You understand?” His voice reverberated through her chest, tickling beneath her armpits like a feather and making her nipples turn confusingly into hard little peaks. She had hoped to disguise herself as a young man by binding her ample bosoms tightly and donning trousers but it seemed she’d fooled no one.

Layla nodded. She was stuck in a bad box, no doubt about it. She realised now that screaming would get her nowhere. Might even conjure up a few other wastrels who’d be intent on having their way with a woman fool enough to wander out into the Black Hills alone.

What had she been thinking? But she’d been lost, alone, without a choice. She had acted upon the instinct to flee, too afraid to stay and meet her fate. The fate that she’d played a part in arranging.

The man removed his hand and she moistened her lips with her tongue. She could taste wood-smoke and soap. This man kept himself clean. He’d also recently made a fire. Her belly growled and she silently cursed her human frailty.

“You hungry, eh missy? We’ll have to see about getting you some victuals in a while then. But you gotta promise to behave.”

“Who…” Layla tried to take a deep breath but the man’s knees crushed her sides.

“Who am I?” He finished her question. “Well that’s for me to know…and for you to find out.”

Layla gasped. “I…I can’t…bre…”

“Oh!” He jumped to his feet. “Sorry…Didn’t realise I was squashing ya.”

He grabbed her hands and pulled her upright.

“Now remember what I said…” He kept hold of her wrists.

“I remember,” Layla nodded. Black spots swam before her eyes and she staggered. The stranger caught her beneath her armpits with his large hands then scooped her up. She leant her head against his chest, momentarily too weak and dizzy to protest.

“Now I’m gonna take you back to where I’ve set up camp then we’re gonna have us a little chat. Understand?”

“Yes,” Layla whimpered. She cleared her throat. Better not to sound afraid. “I mean…yes, I understand.”

What on earth did he want? What if there were more men there and he intended on sharing her with them? She glanced around but the trees were thick and the moon was a sliver in the sky. She’d likely break her neck if she tried to run off and she felt too weak to even attempt it. Better to wait and see what he wanted to talk about and maybe get something to eat. Build her strength a little so she could think. Clear her head. Then plan.

****

Charlie had to stop himself from taking a few steps forward and grabbing hold of Layla. The sheer beauty of her naked form was playing havoc with his body and mind. Sure, he’d seen a woman’s body before, seen a few in fact, but none of them had been this perfect, this beautiful, this desirable.

He dragged his eyes away from her creamy flesh.

“Etu?” He nudged his lover’s shoulder but Etu didn’t move. He stood in front of Layla like a statue, his eyes glued to her body. He watched as Etu hovered his hands over her form, tracing her curves without actually making contact. Etu had fallen hard.

Charlie knew that he would have to take charge.

He grabbed the rope that Layla had escaped from and ran it through his hands. If he wasn’t so confused by the feelings running through him, he’d have found the situation funny. Here they were, the three of them, in the woods at night, naked. Charlie, his lover and their mail-order bride.

Who’d have thought that an advert in a paper would come to this?

He had to tie Layla up. He just had to. He couldn’t risk her escaping again. Especially now that she’d seen him with Etu.

“Put your hands behind your back, Layla.” He used the voice he reserved for calming a startled horse. Low, deep, commanding.

Layla opened her eyes and stared at him. She cleared her throat as if to speak. Her bottom lip quivered. He felt his gaze drawn to her breasts again then lower. Lower. To the auburn curls at the apex of her thighs. He knew that if he parted her legs he would see the shiny pink folds of her sex. Glistening. Inviting. Encouraging him to penetrate her feminine flesh.

Dammit! He had to stay strong here.

Etu turned to him. “Charlie…is this really necessary? She won’t try to run off now. Look at her.” Etu gestured at Layla and Charlie swallowed hard. He couldn’t stop looking at her. It was driving him crazy the way that her beautiful auburn hair fell over her shoulders and her green eyes shone. If he hadn’t known better, he’d have thought that she even looked aroused.

But that would be ridiculous, right?

He moved towards her and she stiffened. He pulled her hands behind her and looped the rope around them. This close, he could smell her sweet musky scent. It made him want to pull her against his chest. His whole body was responding to her proximity, her femininity. It was so different from Etu’s. It made him want to run his tongue over every inch of her flesh in order to taste her sweetness.

His erection brushed the backs of her thighs as he tightened the rope. She gasped. He bit hard on his lip and breathed deeply. He had to regain his control. But it would be so easy to press his cock between the soft flesh of her buttocks until he found a way inside.

“Now kneel.” His voice was husky. He ached with the strain of denying his desires.

He helped her to lower to the ground. Etu knelt also. Watching. Hardly blinking.

Charlie knew that Etu was overwhelmed too. It was as if something had sparked between the three of them and it wouldn’t take much to set the three of them on fire. But the ensuing blaze could make charcoal of them all.

He put his hands on Layla’s shoulders and pushed gently, to make her lie on her side. Her skin was warm and smooth beneath his fingers. It reminded him of velvet. He began to wind the ropes around her, tying her like a hog, all the while repeating to himself that she was a swindler. She was not the sweet, innocent young woman that her letters had suggested. She did not need his protection and a place in his life. She would not be good for him and Etu. It would not be wise to open her rounded thighs and to nuzzle her wet pink flesh, to suckle her bud until she shattered against his tongue. Time after time until his mouth filled with her heady juices and he found the ultimate fulfilment that he could now admit that he craved.

But as he moved his hands deftly around her flesh, accidentally grazing her as he did so, he realised that he was not fully convinced.

The softness of her skin. The fullness of her breasts. The soft auburn curls that covered her mound. Her sweet vulnerability that seemed to reach out to his protective instinct. Her scent, such a contrast to Etu’s yet just as good. Just as intoxicating.

All these things about Layla invited him to believe that she was who she had said she was. What he wanted her to be. All these things made him want to believe that she could be the woman to complete what he had with Etu. And all these things aroused him in a way he had never expected to be aroused around a woman.

There was something special about Layla Powell. No doubt about it.

Apparition by Iyana Jenna

Lea, my greatest thanks for allowing me to visit.

Guys, now I’d like to tell you something most people probably don’t know about you. I’m afraid of ladybugs. They never did anything to me, good or bad; I’m just afraid. And it had started since I was a little kid. I didn’t know their name at that time so I called them, ‘a small but fat animal.’ 😀

Apparition 600x900

Blurbs

Short: More than 600 miles separated Drew and Zach, but on Halloween, Zach came to Drew and left again, just like that.

Long: Separated by more than 600 miles, Zach and Drew were forced to keep in touch through phone, email, and Skype. However, as Drew showered for one of their “dates”, he wasn’t alone. Then he found out that Zach’s car crashed, leaving him in a coma. Who then came to Drew when he showered? Would he have a chance to be with Zach again?

Excerpt

“Zach…” He closed his eyes, snaked his arms up, and wrapped them around Zach’s neck. Zach nuzzled into Drew’s armpit, kissed his nipple, and bit it lightly, eliciting a deep growl from Drew’s throat.

“Christ, you’re so hot. I want you so much.” Zach’s hand slithered down and took Drew’s length and slowly stroked it up and down. Drew threw his head back to rest on Zach’s shoulder, moaning and gasping as the orgasm built in his cock. His hands ran through Zach’s hair, grasping it, taking Zach’s face down to his own, seeking out Zach’s lips and kissing them.

“I want you too,” Drew said, breathing into Zach’s mouth. “I want you inside me. Please.” He took Zach’s hands, sniffing, licking them, tasting himself there, and he got harder. Zach kissed him more intensely, their tongues dueling inside as if wanting to melt them into one. Zach pressed his hard-on against Drew, who mewled wantonly and began to rub himself shamelessly. “Yes, oh yes. Like that, Zach.”

To Drew’s dismay, though, Zach seemed to fade until what was holding Drew was merely a wet trail of shadows. A whisper breathed in Drew’s ear, “Later.” Zach was gone.

About the Author:

Iyana lives in Jakarta, a city famous for its traffic jams, a lot of cars and motorcycles, and people selling stuff on the roads. You can spend two hours on the road going to a place you can reach in half an hour in a normal situation. Thanks to the traffic jams, though, Iyana can come up with a lot of stories, mostly shorties, as she prefers to spend the time during her trips writing into her cell phone rather than sleeping.

Another thing Iyana loves is kitties. Right now she has five of them. Their names are Larva, Nyil, Cil, Betsy, and Horus. When she doesn’t write, she plays with them, or they would play with her when she writes.

Venus in Fur Coat by Ela Stein

First of all, thank you so much for having me here today! “Venus In Fur Coat” is a bit of a rarity of me – it’s a contemporary romance and I’m more of a sci-fi/fantasy type of gal. But when inspiration strikes, you don’t ask questions. The idea for this story came to me fully formed, which was kind of cool. I also love the art aspect in it – I’ve painted and drawn my whole life, and more recently (well, like the past 10 years at this point), have done a lot of scrapbooking. So I’m a bit of an artist at heart, and I really identify with Derek. And I also identify with Cara, who has a very practical streak to her. After all, I did set all my artsy stuff aside to pursue school and a more traditional career. So I guess one could say that they both have different aspects of my personality… and it was kind of cool watching them come together 🙂

“Venus In Fur Coat” is a Rubenesque/BBW, New Adult, Contemporary, Erotic Romance short story (8,900) words.

Blurb:

Cara is an accounting major in college, and she is practical, a little cynical, and focused on her studies. When she allows her roommate to drag her to a frat party, the last thing she expects is running into the artsy-bad-boy type who tempts her to throw all her typical reservations out the window.

Derek tends to go with his feelings—intense and passionate, with a strong alpha streak. It will be up to him to bring Cara out of her shell and help her experience life to its fullest. Both of them feel that special spark, and one passionate night could change the course of their lives forever.

Excerpt:

Derek followed her through the hallway. She was already walking down the street, away from the house by the time he made it outside. He watched her walking away, debating whether he should approach her now. It was dark out, and he didn’t want to freak her out by seeming stalker-ish. But then again, if she was going to be walking around alone at night, she’d probably be better off with a friendly stalker keeping her company.

Having decided, he set off at a light jog to catch up with her. She wasn’t too far ahead, likely slowed down by her high-heeled boots. His cock had responded as soon as he first laid eyes on her, standing there all timid and uncertain, and now that he could see her ass wiggling as she walked, he grew painfully hard. His jeans were not designed to accommodate a huge hard-on. He adjusted himself just before catching up to her.

She was everything that turned him on in a woman. Curves in all the right places, so voluptuous that he could just imagine himself sinking into her, her soft cushioning against his own hard planes. Her hair had an adorable bit of frizz to it, and she wore it pulled back from an angelic face. The face of a goddess. A face right out of ancient paintings by the great masters.

His boots crunched on the gravel and she stopped and turned around. His heart picked up speed when their gazes met again, and he was glad he followed his gut. No way was he giving up until he got to know her better. Dating just for the hell of it was starting to lose its appeal. If he was honest with himself, he’d had his fill of it for a long time, but until now, no one had come along that made him want anything more serious.

“Hey.” Maybe not the most eloquent way to start the conversation, but she stood staring at him with wide eyes and a startled expression, waiting for him to say something.

“Hi.” Her voice was a whisper. The wind picked up speed and rustled through the leaves in the trees around them, as though echoing her.

“It’s not safe to be walking around alone at night.” Criticizing her choices, right off the bat, probably wasn’t the greatest way to make an impression, but it had been a pretty bad move on her part. Even if she wanted nothing to do with him, he didn’t like the idea of her walking around alone at night. There were too many assholes out there, and it just wasn’t safe.

She raised a brow in response and crossed her arms across her chest. He guessed that was her pissed-off look, but it was somewhat spoiled by how hot her tits looked pushed up that way.

“Oh, really? I guess it’s safer to be out here at night with a total stranger?”

About Ela Stein:

Reading was my entertainment and salvation as a child, and it transferred into a passion for writing. I am still very much a reader, and love many different genres, from erotic romance, to fantasy (and dark fantasy… Game of Thrones, anyone?), to historical fiction, and that love is reflected in my own writing as well. If you’d like to learn more about me, or chat about books and life, you can find me all over the web. I’d love hearing from my readers. You can find me here:

Blurb:

Nick is the most beautiful, successful, amazing man—just ask his executive assistant Tayte.

Tayte’s been in love with his boss from the moment he set eyes on him. But two years working with him and Tayte isn’t even sure Nick is gay.

But it’s time for his contract evaluation and Nick wants to give Tayte more than just a raise.

Excerpt:

“Hey, Tayte.”

The insipid voice of Connor Turner bounced into Tayte’s brain and he suppressed the shudder that rose. He lifted his gaze and took in the spectrum of color before him.

“Hey, Connor.”

Connor, who was the assistant of Greg Scholl, the man just beneath Nick on the totem pole, flounced up and rested his hip on Tayte’s desk.

“So… found out if Nick is gay yet?”

Tayte forced a smile to his lips and sat up straighter in his chair. He didn’t know, much to his chagrin. Even if he did, he certainly wouldn’t be announcing it to the biggest gossip in the building.

“Not my business, Connor.”

Connor laughed and winked. “I’ll take that as a no. You know, they say Nick only wants male assistants because he has a super jealous wife at home who can’t handle the idea of him having a hot secretary.”

Tayte inhaled sharply through his nose and turned his smile up a notch.

“I haven’t encountered a wife, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t one.”

And it was true. Tayte hadn’t encountered any wives, girlfriends, no significant other at all. However, that didn’t mean anything, since Nick received a lot of calls on his cell, but after two years, Tayte was starting to think Nick was single.

But Hetero or Homo? That was the million dollar question.

“I have heaps of work to do, Connor, and I’m sure you do too.”

Connor giggled and stepped back, his hips swinging as he moved back toward the lift.

“Oh, I’ve been working since sunrise. You know how it is.” He winked and laughed, turning away without waiting for Tayte to respond.

“No, but you certainly do.” Tayte answered anyway, grinding his teeth in frustration for a minute. He hated those sorts of guys. He didn’t mind effeminate gay men. Hell, he’d fucked more than his fair share of them over the years. But guys that deliberately acted ‘gay’ when it wasn’t their natural disposition just pissed him off. Not to mention how much men, and women for that matter, who slept their way to the top, and Connor was a prime example of that, really grated on his nerves.

“Well, you can get in line behind me if you want Nick, Connor, because I’m not moving.” Tayte muttered to himself and scanned over his list of daily jobs. Wow. Lucky Nick was out of the office today, or he’d never get all that done.

He worked all afternoon, not stopping when everyone else left at five. He really should go home, but what was waiting for him there? Two idiotic housemates and a pile of dirty washing.

“You could actually go out. Get laid.” He muttered to himself once again, furious he wasn’t excited about another one-night stand.

But how could he be? Ten minutes with some random guy? Yuck, he’d had enough of that sort of life.

“You could, I’m sure.” Nick’s voice boomed through the foyer and Tayte cried out as shock had him jumping back from his desk, his heart leaping into his throat before settling to pound against his rib cage as he looked up at his boss.

“Fuck, you scared me.”

Nick walked closer, pulling at his tie and letting it hang on his shirt in a casual way.

“Why are you still here, Tayte? You’re young and beautiful. You should be out getting your cock sucked by some lovely little thing.”

Heat flowed up into Tayte’s cheeks and he glanced down at his computer, quickly shutting down all the open programs. He’d never heard Nick speak like that, and the crude words were turning him on in a shameful way. Nothing better than a man who could talk dirty.

“Ah, well, I had to finish a few things and I, ah, l…lost track of time. I’ll g…get out of your way and h…head home now though.”

Tayte was stuttering, but he couldn’t help it. He was as embarrassed as the day his mother had found him jerking off in the bathroom when he was fifteen.

“Don’t rush, if you don’t have to go. Stay.”

As Midnight Loves the Moon by Beth D. Carter

Thank you so much for hosting me!  “As Midnight Loves the Moon” went through many incarnations before becoming a MMF story.  I had originally written it without Daphne, as a straight MM story and no sex, but it sat for a long time because something was missing…until I thought about adding a human girl into the mix, and then my poor dying heroine popped into my head.  After that, well, who doesn’t think of sex and vampires?  It’s almost symbolic, as the fang slides in so does his throbbing member.

Okay, sorry for the purple prose!  LOL!

I’ve also gotten a lot of compliments to the title.  I must admit, I didn’t dream of this all on my own.  One of my favorite campy movies from the 80’s was “The Pirate Movie” with Christopher Atkins and Kristy McNichol.  In the movie, Frederic (Atkins) asks Mabel (McNichol) “Mabel, do you love me?”  And she replies, “As midnight loves the moon.”  I’ve always loved that line.

Blurb:

Wayde Wallace is a vampire.  He’s been alone for a long time, until he smells the sunshine scent of a woman and finds Daphne Sabella.  Her blood smells intoxicating until he catches the stench of sickness upon her and realizes Daphne is dying.

Alexander Malden is a Shade cop sent to patrol the supernaturals who lives among humans.  A rogue vampire is killing women and he thinks Wayde is the monster because only a trickster can make him feel such lust and longing.

To prove his innocence, Wayde goes out to find the real rogue vampire and Alex can’t help but follow because the mating bond has already settled between them.  And when they believe they can finally help Daphne, she’s become the next victim.  Now they must rescue her and turn her before her heart gives out.

Excerpt:

Wayde looked behind Alex and noticed their conversation had gathered a few watchers. His gaze flickered back up to the handsome cop. “I suggest you sit down,” he said softly. “We’re attracting human notice.”

Alex glanced over his shoulder, probably to double check he told the truth, and slid into the booth, staring at him and carefully keeping out of his reach. “You think by distracting me in a bar, I won’t kill you?”

“You’re so bloodthirsty. Again, I ask you, why do you want to kill me? I’m not your rogue vampire.”

Alex’s eyebrows skyrocketed. “Right.”

“I’m not,” he stressed. “I’m a bookstore owner. I deal in extremely rare books, usually pre-Gutenberg printing press, although I never turn down a book in excellent condition from around 1040 to the mid-1800’s. Beer?”

“No,” Alex answered with a low growl. “Listen, you tried to kill me yesterday—”

“You attacked me,” Wayde interrupted. He pushed his beer aside and kept his eyes steady on the warrior in front of him. “And if I wanted you dead, you’d be dead. As you learned last night, I am able to hold my own.”

“I’ve come better prepared.” Alex opened his jacket a little more to show his gun.

“Ah. Your master plan is to take me out back and shoot me?”

“Of course. Your suggestion, remember?”

“Of all the things I said last night, that’s what stood out?” Wayde chuckled. “Listen, I have your sword at my shop. You can stop by anytime to pick it up.”

“I don’t actually plan for you to be alive for much longer.”

“Then I beg to differ,” he replied. “Have you ever killed a vampire before?”

He saw the answer before Alex muttered “no.”

He shifted forward in his seat, leaning toward Alex, who stiffened at the gesture. Then he focused on Alex, blocking out everything around them. The noise, the smell, the crackle of vinyl seats all faded as he called forth his hunger. It rose sharply, like it always did, waiting eagerly to be sated. It was heat and power and magic, all rolled together, bursting forth like an invisible web. And as soon as he captured Alex’s eyes with his own, he knew he had the man.

“I want you,” he murmured, weaving his spell. He knew that his voice took on a husky timber, that his eyes blazed with blue fire, and that his pheromones heated up. “Do you want me too, Alex?”

Bio:

I like writing about the very ordinary girl thrust into extraordinary circumstances, so my heroines will probably never be lawyers, doctors or corporate highrollers.  I try to write characters who aren’t cookie cutters and push myself to write complicated situations that I have no idea how to resolve, forcing me to think outside the box.  I love writing characters who are real, complex and full of flaws, heroes and heroines who find redemption through love.

I’ve been pretty fortunate in life to experience some amazing things.  I’ve lived in France, traveled throughout Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  I am a mom to an amazing little boy.  I’m surrounded by friends and family.  I hate washing dishes but I love cooking. I hate washing clothes but I love wearing them. Writing my bio is difficult because I never know what to say so I hope you like this one.  My favorite color is red but I look best in black (it’s slimming).  I hate people who don’t pick up their dog’s crap in public places, people who don’t use turn signals, and I really hate people who are rude and condescending. I especially hate discrimination in all and every form.  And although I love holding a book in my hand, I absolutely adore my e-reader, whom I’ve named Ruby.  I love to hear from readers so I’ve made it really easy to find me on the web: https://twitter.com/BethDCarter

What Could Have by DC Stone

Congrats to DC Stone on her new release! I had the chance to betaread this book – the first one she wrote, actually – and have to say, it is one long rollercoaster of raw emotions. Annabelle and Lucas’ love story is deeply touching and forever imprinted in my memory.

22603859

What do you do when your best friend and loyal supporter becomes so much more than that, but for all the wrong reasons, you’re afraid of communicating your feelings?

After years of separation, Lucas asks Annabelle, “Why didn’t you reach out to me?”

The best answer she can come up with is, “If you love something, let it go free… If it doesn’t come back, you never had it… If it comes back, love it forever.”
